National Minority Health Month
April is National Minority Health Month (NMHM), and FDA Office of Minority Health and Health Equity (OMHHE) is celebrating the occasion by highlighting the various ways for us to get healthier
1.National Prescription Drug Take Back Day 4/27
2. Drink more water per day, a minimum of 64 oz as use a tracking app.
3. Substitute meat as much as you can with fresh fruit, vegan or vegetarian options.
4. Limit your toxic tiggers, get your body moving and breathe with essential oils.
