Goli: Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies. I usually take two gummies each day.
365 Vitamin B12 + 365 Sambucus Elderberry. I usually take two gummies each per day.
Olly: Women’s Mult vitamin with A, C, D, B, Biotin and Folic Acid.
I also incorporate weekly one bottle of Health Aid Kombucha.
