Building Love and Happiness has been a dream come true. I launched my first business in 2016-2017 it was A Different Side Of Love Wedding Studio, LLC. Shortly after getting engaged and planning a few weddings, I decided to close that business.
I had no idea what I was doing and after a painful wedding experience, it was not for me. Sadly, I was able to learn through that process and build a bigger dream.
In 2018, I started researching beauty, wellness, and skincare. In July 2018 we moved from New Jersey to LA and I said to myself this is it. I speak countless hours researching vendors, farmers, business supplies, and my competition.
In February of 2019, I went downtown to the fashion district and explored my resources. I build a plan to launch in April with accessories like handbags, sunglasses, and jewelry. A month later, after visiting my doctor and being diagnosed with PCOS I re-started my wellness journey.
May, I took a candle-making class and started testing. By, September of 2019 after sending samples to friends and family I decided to launch the line. By February of 2020, We were getting custom candle orders and selling out.
Now, We are in the process of relaunching our eco-conscious candle line, with a luxe candle line, recycled jars, and boxes. I can't tell you how proud I am of my business, brand, and the love from my clients.
I am building a legacy, and I do not regret being busy, unavailable or in a meeting. When your see me with press releases, collobrations or ads dont be shocked.
