Return Policy
Our ultimate goal is to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases and enjoy their shopping experience with us. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectation, we will gladly offer a refund.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a refund. It must also be in the original packaging and unworn.
The following items are final sales and not eligible for a refund:

Candles
Jewelry
Sunglasses
Cosmetics (if seal is broken)
Clothing or footwear (if the tags have been removed)
Perishable goods, i.e., food, flowers, etc.
Newspapers
Magazines
Intimate or sanitary goods, i.e., health and personal care items
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Sale items
Refunds (if applicable)
Eligible items for a refund must be submitted within 30 days of purchase AND be accompanied by proof of purchase, i.e., receipt. Once received at our facility, we will send a confirmation email letting you know your refund is being processed. Refunds take 7-10 business days to process and will be made to your original form of payment. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to show your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund has not been received after 2 billing cycles, please contact us at LoveHappinessStore@gmail.com or call customer service at 929-260-1437.
Sale items 
Only regular-priced items meeting the above criteria are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final.
Damaged items

Our goal is to ship items ready for your enjoyment and use. Although we inspect your purchases before shipping, items may be received defective or damaged, and we are happy to exchange them for the same item. Simply send an email to LoveHappinessStore@gmail.com, or call customer service at 929-260-1437, and we will send a return label for your item.
Gifts 
If your item was received as a gift, and you wish to return it, you will receive a credit for the value of your item once received at our facility, along with proof of purchase.
Shipping

Please note you are responsible for shipping costs for your returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We gladly accept responsibility for shipping costs on defective or damaged merchandise only. If your item is received at our facility and found not defective or damaged, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return.
You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not accept responsibility for items lost during shipping and not received at our facility.
